Lives in Ottawa, Ontario
My name is Megan Mackenzie, and I'm a freelance illustrator, concept artist, and designer who studied at Algonquin College up in Canada. I am also the official editor and proofreader of Niki Bond's fantasy book series, Nebula Andra.
I'm best described as awkward, but passionate - especially when it comes to the genre of fantasy. For as long as I can remember, I've daydreamed about the many myriad of worlds that've formed the depths of my imagination. I constantly wrote, drew, and worked to stoke these ideas, and thanks to the wonderful influence of all the RPGs, animation, and comics that continue to inspire me, I've held on to that creative motivation to this very day.
It's no exaggeration to say that video games in particular helped to positively shape my outlook of the world, and it's my hope that when I one day bring my own ideas to life, my stories can do the same for others.
